Is Don Lemon’s job on the line because of this interview with Bill Cosby’s alleged rape victim?

Tarshis is one of the 13 (I think) women accusing Bill Cosby of raping her. She interviewed with Don Lemon last night, and it looks as if his job may be on the line from a specif part of the exchange.

See, she said he raped her twice and tried to a third time, but she told him that she had an STD.  She then said that he made her perform oral sex.  Here’s Don Lemon’s response:

Lemon: You know, there are ways not to perform oral sex if you didn’t want to do it.

Tarshis: Oh, I was kind of stoned at the time, and quite honestly, that didn’t even enter my mind. Now I wish it would have.

Now.  Some are saying this discredits her allegations.  Others are saying that Don Lemon was wrong.

Here’s the rest of the convo:

Lemon: Right. Meaning the using of the teeth, right?

Tarshis: Yes, that’s what I’m thinking you’re….

Lemon: As a weapon.

Tarshis: I didn’t even think of it.

Lemon: Biting.

Tarshis: Ouch.

Lemon: Yes. I had to ask. I mean, it is, yeah.

And some food for thought:

^^With some of the responses I’ve received from my post about this on yesterday, this is absolutely true. And that’s awful.

What do y’all think? Was Don Lemon wrong?

Just saw this:

Whoa: Janice Dickinson says Bill Cosby raped her.

This is … not good. I’m sure you all have heard of the recent rape allegations against Bill Cosby. Well, Janice Dickinson is speaking up as well. I tried to figure out a way to condense the following piece but…I was obviously unsuccessful.

Via E!:

With rape allegations against Bill Cosby mounting, supermodel Janice Dickinson tells ET in a new interview that the comedian sexually assaulted her in 1982.

Dickinson, now 59, recalls first meeting Cosby, now 77, when her agent set up a meeting with him to hire her for a role on The Cosby Show. After they had dinner, she says their next conversation was when he called her out of the blue while she was in rehab for drugs and alcohol. Following her stay in rehab, Dickinson says Cosby reached out to her during a trip to Bali and had her travel to Lake Tahoe, because he was performing there and wanted to offer her the job they had discussed as well as help her with a singing career.

Dickinson says they had dinner in Lake Tahoe, and claims that he gave her a glass of red wine and a pill, which she asked for because she was menstruating and had stomach pains.

VIDEO: Alleged Bill Cosby Rape Victim Joan Tarshis Speaks to ET

And that’s when she tells ET that things took a disturbing turn.

“The next morning I woke up, and I wasn’t wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man,” she tells ET. “… Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs.”

Dickinson also says she tried to write about the assault in her 2002 autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World’s First Supermodel, but claims that when she submitted a draft with her full story to HarperCollins, Cosby and his lawyers pressured her and the publisher to remove the details.

“I’m doing this because it’s the right thing to do, and it happened to me, and this is the true story,” she says about coming out with her story now. “I believe all the other women.”

Dickinson says that keeping the alleged sexual assault a secret for 32 years drove her to a life of hurting herself.

“Stuffing feelings of rape and my unresolved issued with this incident has drove me into a life of trying to hurt myself because I didn’t have counsel and I was afraid,” she says. “I was afraid of the consequences. I was afraid of being labeled a whore or a slut and trying to sleep my way to the top of a career that never took place.”

But now Dickinson, who says she never confronted Cosby after the alleged incident, doesn’t mince words when it comes to what she would say to him now.

“How dare you,” she says. “Go f*ck yourself. How dare you take advantage of me. And I hope you rot.”

Dickinson is the third woman to come forward with a sexual assault accusation against Cosby, after a renewed interest in the allegations began when comedian Hannibal Buress called Cosby a “rapist” during an October comedy show in Philadelphia.

The other women who have accused Bill Cosby of raping them are Joan Tarshis, who says he raped her twice in 1969, and Barbara Bowman, who says he raped her in 1985.

Here’s Bowman’s account (same source):

“In one case, I blacked out after having dinner and one glass of wine at his New York City brownstone, where he had offered to mentor me and discuss the entertainment industry,” she wrote. “When I came to, I was in my panties and a man’s t-shirt, and Cosby was looming over me. I’m certain now that he drugged and raped me. But as a teenager, I tried to convince myself I had imagined it.”

My word.

I listened to this a few weeks ago, but I honestly didn’t think too much about it. But now…

This is Bill Cosby himself, during a comedy show (in 1969), joking about drugging and raping women.

Dwight Howard is being investigated for child abuse.

Whew. Always something, huh?

Police in Cobb County, Ga., confirmed to on Tuesday that there is an active child abuse investigation involving Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard.

TMZ first reported the allegations against Howard, and NBC News reported earlier Tuesday that Cobb County Police were re-opening an investigation of Howard.

A Cobb County Police sergeant told NBC News that the investigation stems from an incident from this summer. Originally, police said they did not have enough evidence to proceed past an initial investigation, but new information came to light to trigger renewed interest from authorities in the case, according to NBC.

In response to earlier reports about child abuse allegations against Howard in Florida, the eight-time All-Star released a statement to The Orlando Sentinel through his attorney rejecting accusations.

“It is troubling to see a mother use her son as a pawn against his father, which is what is happening in this case,” the statement reads. “Dwight Howard will continue to act in the best interest of his children and do whatever is necessary to protect their welfare and best interests.”

So. It looks like this is coming from Royce Reed. And I mean… well…I’ll keep those comments to myself.

From what I’m understanding, she tried to get charges filed on him in Florida, and then when that didn’t work, she took it to Georgia.

TMZ reports:

TMZ Sports broke the story … the Dept. of Children and Families in Florida (DCF) determined there wasn’t enough evidence of child abuse to go forward, but it turns out the incident occurred in Georgia. Howard admits he hit his kid with a belt, but says he didn’t know it was wrong because he was hit as a kid.

Law enforcement tells us … Georgia cops asked Florida for the file, but the DCF dragged its feet and did not cooperate. So it turned into a cold case until Monday, after Cobb County detectives saw the TMZ Sports story summarizing a doctor’s findings that Howard committed child abuse.

A Georgia law enforcement source tells TMZ … “People who were not so forthcoming before today [Monday] have been.” The source adds detectives did several one-on-one interviews Monday and say the case “has now been raised to top of the list.”

Howard’s attorney tells TMZ … Howard’s baby mama Royce Reed is “shopping her baseless allegations” to Georgia authorities even though Florida’s Dept. of Children and Families found her claims had “no merit.”

For the record … DCF found the allegations credible, but concluded they did not meet the standard of proof required for formal action.

The attorney says he’s confident Georgia will reach the same conclusion because “The truth is on our side.”

As for what’s in the doctor’s notes about the incident:

TMZ Sports has obtained documents from the Dept. of Children and Families (DCF), summarizing the findings of the doctor who examined Braylon. It says, “Dr. Kesler noted Braylon to have a linear bruise and patterned abrasions consistent with the history given by Braylon of being struck with a belt numerous times by his father.”

The report goes on to say the injuries were “consistent with Braylon being struck with the buckle end of the belt … with excessive force, resulting in soft tissue injuries such as bruising and abrasions.”

And the report indicates Dr. Kesler found the injuries lasted longer than 24 hours and were “consistent with a medical diagnosis of physical abuse.”

And the doctor recommended that Howard participate in parenting classes and use methods other than corporal punishment to discipline his son.

DCF concluded the child abuse allegations were “not substantiated,” but  in Florida that means there is “credible evidence” of child abuse, but not enough to warrant action. What’s curious is why the doctor’s findings weren’t enough.

I honestly wouldn’t put it past Royce Reed to do whatever it is she needs to do in order to stick it to Dwight.  For example, agreeing on corporal punishment, seeing how a certain other player got dealt with (WOW.), and then finding a way to get him back. I wouldn’t put it past her.

However, what’s important here is the child. It doesn’t seem like abuse, but, I guess we will have to wait and see what comes from it.  Interesting that more people are starting to come out now.

Bottom line: This child is 6. And while personally, I’m not against spanking, I think it’s way past time to find other ways of discipline to use generally. They work.

RHOA: “No Moore Apologies” (S:7, E:2 review)

– “Daddy? Oh boy. Oh boy.” <— Ayden said this when Apollo walked into the dentist. The kids be knowing.

– WAIT. A. MINUTE. So NOW we find out that Apollo really did lie about Kenya in LA? Y’all. Y’ALL. Do you understand how awful and vile that is? I mean REALLY?  That is terrible. And now Phaedra hates that woman based off of a lie (and, of course, other things…but still). And like Kandi said, they’ve been looking at Kenya sideways cause they believed the lie too! What kind of a man does this!? Wow. And he said Phaedra should be “relieved” when he tells her the truth? Guys…did this guy make it past the 8th grade? No, seriously.

^^PLEASE, Sis. Please.

– MOVE. ON. KENYA. My goodness we are STILL talking about this? Maybe Brandon will be able to talk her into letting it go.

You say you got Moore hair but when I grabbed it-itwas more weave…..really bitch catch my sale and upgrade @KenyaMoore

^^This is a tweet that was sent by Porsha Williams during the show. Annnnnd it has since been deleted. TOO. LATE. I guess her PR team (or Ricky Smiley’s!?) got her together really quick?

– Kenya has a REASON to be mad about this Apollo mess. I’m serious. This is awful.

– DEAD wrong cause I could not care less about whatever this is that’s going on. I mean really.

– And I’m completely over it. Don’t think she’s gonna get anymore taps from my keyboard tonight.

– House down the street? For your evil ass mama who hates your husband? NO. MA’AM.

– Todd was laughing when he said, “She think I can’t kick her out THIS house?” Buuuuut he was serious. So so serious.

– Kandi. Your mom is NEVER going to be happy.

– Y’all, there’s noticeable tension when Mama Joyce walks in the house. Like, NO. And it’s NOT because of Todd. It’s ALL her mama. Couldn’t be me. WOULDN’T be me. Mama gonna have to get her act together or move around, for real. Todd was trying in this conversation and….man…

– WTH does she need a 7 bedroom house for, man.

– Kandi is sooooo delusional. She said she thinks that it’s good her mom is so close given the fact that she and Todd are newly married. Girl.

– Y’all. Is Mama Joyce on some type of serious drug? Or is she an alcoholic? She said Todd was the one looking at her crazy? And….what?

– OMG at her bringing Porsha up at Cynthia’s party. Like WHY?

– Her outfit at her party? YASSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! She looks absolutely radiant.

– Cynthia is going to forever be in a position to HAVE to financially support Peter. FOREVER.

The beef between Migos and Chief Keef (and his crew) got violent.

And water is wet.

I mean seriously, is this a surprise to ANYBODY?

Migos and Chief Keef’s Glory Boyz Entertainment (GBE) posse have been at war for almost a year now and last night (Nov. 15) their beef turned bloody.

While Migos was performing at the Washington D.C. club Stadium, GBE and the Atlanta trio were involved in a brawl and it ended in what a AHH source called a “bloodbath.” In a now deleted Instagram post, Chief Keef posted a picture holding Migos member Quavo’s chain, but it’s unknown who exactly in the crew took it.

“Nobody really knows who did it,” says our source. “It was like 40 people that beat on Migos, strippers and all. It’s about to be some east coast vs. west coast s**t again.”

From what our source says, it seems that Quavo was the main one involved in the brawl. Migos did not have security with them.

The beef started last year when apparently Chief Keef felt like Migos dissed him on the low….

From MTV (via AHH):

It all became public on December 5 when Keef sent out a tweet that read, “Heard Migos sneak dissin No Talkin.” Migos member Offset responded with a now-deleted tweet that read “Will b in Chiraq Next Week Pull Up @ChiefKeef.”The ATL group responsible for 2013 rap favorites like “Versace” and “Hannah Montana” sparked tons of speculation when they dropped “Jealously” this week, with lyrics including, “Ain’t never did a sneak diss/ ‘Cause my hitman quick to put you on that hit list.””Honestly, it caught us by surprise,” Offset said of Keef’s original tweet.Migos mostly downplayed any notion of beef, echoing the song’s hook and refusing to get into a subliminal back and forth. “You know, people gonna take it however they gonna take it and put it however they wanna put it,” Takeoff added. “If you listen to the song, it’s self-explanatory. If [I’mma] do one, [I’mma] say ya name to keep it 100. Ain’t no need for me to be sneak-dissin’.””We don’t do no sneak-dissin’,” Quavo concluded. “We make music, we get money.”

So yeah.  This is happening.

Again. Is anybody surprised this has escalated to violence?
