We are often SO hard on ourselves (I know I am). We’re critical, and at times very cruel to ourselves. So why not take the opportunity to pause and write a love letter…to YOU? If you’d like to, I’d LOVE to read them and post them on the blog. You can send them to the email address, TashaSays@Outlook.com, or Facebook message me.
Please include (1) age, (2) location, and (3) if you’d like to remain anonymous.
Even if you don’t send it to me, this is still good practice. I believe in writing as a form of healing and therapy. Do you need to forgive yourself for something? Do you need to just encourage yourself? Write it in a love letter to YOU!
